Best Places to Work for the 4th Straight Year!

Weddle Bros. Construction Companies was named one of the Best Places to Work in Indiana for 2018!! We are honored to be named to this list for a fourth straight year, and owe this honor to the hard work and dedication of our employees. 

Actual rankings were revealed at an awards dinner on May 3rd in Indianapolis. We ranked #12 in the medium employer category!!!

These top companies in the state were determined through employer reports and comprehensive employee surveys. The Best Companies Group, which handled the selection process, oversees similar programs in 29 other states.

Winners were selected from four categories: small companies of between 15 and 74 U.S. employees; medium companies of between 75 and 249 U.S. employees; large companies of between 250 and 999 U.S. employees; and major companies with 1,000 or more U.S. employees. Out-of-state parent companies were eligible to participate if at least 15 full-time employees are in Indiana.

WB•Koester Construction Earns Indiana Constructors, Inc. 2016 Workplace Safety Award

Indiana Constructors Inc. presented the 2016 Safety Program Awards at the association’s annual meeting on November 2 in Indianapolis, IN.  An independent panel of judges chose WB•Koester Construction for their overall excellence in safety culture as determined through metrics, innovative programs, and anonymous supervisor and onsite worker surveys.

Best Places to Work 2016

Weddle Bros. Construction Companies was selected, for the second year in a row, one of the BEST PLACES TO WORK IN INDIANA!

"The companies selected represent some of our most outstanding Hoosier employers. They embrace the idea that a positive work culture that includes respect, communication, opportunity and being part of a team not only makes it a place in which employees want to work but also fuels the success of the company,” states Indiana Chamber President Kevin Brinegar. 

“We had our highest number of applicants to date this time – 200 in total,” he relays. “It’s becoming more competitive and we are glad to see that. Going forward, we will continue to push for Hoosier businesses throughout the state to apply to be considered.”

Last Thursday, May 7th, Laura Bush, Business Development Manager and Steve Mishler, Senior Project Manager accepted the " 2015 Best Places to Work" award that was presented to Weddle Bros. Construction Co., Inc.
